Catena Zapata's Adrianna Vineyard White Bones Chardonnay comes from one of the highest vineyards in the world, planted at 4,900 feet above sea level. The limestone-rich soil gives this wine its name and distinctive character.
Tasting Notes
Brilliant pale gold in color. Aromas of white peach, citrus blossom, and wet stone. The palate is precise and mineral-driven, with excellent acidity and a long, crystalline finish. Notes of lemon curd and flint emerge with air.
The Vineyard
The Adrianna Vineyard is located in Gualtallary, one of Mendoza's most exciting terroirs. The extreme altitude, intense sunlight, and cool temperatures create ideal conditions for world-class Chardonnay.

- Hand-harvested in small bins
- Whole-cluster pressed
- Fermented in French oak barrels (50% new)
- Aged 12 months on lees with regular bâtonnage
